Check for example TearOffPopups sample.

You need to catch OnCreateControl event and create popup control:

  CXTPControlPopup* pPopup = new CXTPControlPopup();

  CXTPPopupToolBar* pPopupBar = CXTPPopupToolBar::CreatePopupToolBar(GetCommandBars());
  pPopupBar->LoadToolBar(IDR_MAINFRAME);
  pPopupBar->SetWidth(200);

  pPopup->SetCommandBar(pPopupBar);
  pPopupBar->InternalRelease();

I want a toolbar button to dropdown another toolbar, but I can't figure out the style to set to get it to work.  It should be easy -- there's screen shots all over codejock.com -- I just can't make it work.

Which sample should I look at to see how it's done?

Thanks!
