Consider your Button sample. When you choos to have a split dropdown menu for a button, a popup menu is shown when you click the arrow.

How would you make the arrow close the popup if it is already shown? As it is now, the popup menu is recreated each time you click on it. In our case, it would be better if you could toggle it.

Also, if you try your sample you will see that your arrow behaves differently depending on how fast you click it! I believe it should always toggle, just like the button itself does!
