What controls the size of the icons in the Quick Access toolbar?  I see that they respond to pRibbonBar->SetFontHeight, but is there any other way to control them?  For instance, say I wanted to add the Paste button from the ribbon sample to the QAT but have it retain the large size it has on the ribbon.  Is that possible?

Similarly, is it possible to control the button style?  I stepped into CXTPRibbonBar::OnCustomizeCommand and on into SetStyle and deposited xtpButtonIconAndCaptionBelow to see what would happen.  I got what I asked for, but it wasn't very pretty.
