Is there a way to make tooltips show up over the pane's title bar when the user hovers over it? Sometimes our pane titles end up longer than the pane's width, so there's no way (without extensive resizing) for a user to see the title of the pane.

Is that still the case or has it been implemented in version 13.0.0? Or is there an ETA when? This is a pretty important feature for us, especially since we're moving from another docking system that supported it.

Just checked and it does STILL appear to be the case with 13.0.0!
 For me it's pretty critical to have this, as noted below, we moved from another docking system that did. So does anyone have a workaround and/or is this something that Codejock is planning on addressing in the next point update?
