This has been bugging me too! In the end I gave up and implemented my own drawing function :P

The alignment for the markup in the report control items is screwed up. To have the Rectangle centered I had to increase the margin on the right and bottom.
Without any margin there is a margin of 1 pixel at the top and no margin at the bottom. <Rectangle Fill='#800000'/>  With 1px margin at the top it adds up to 2 pixels at the top, but with 3px at the bottom I also only get 2 pixels. <Border Margin='1,1,3,3'> <Rectangle Fill='#800000'/> </Border>  |
