Could you provide some information on the follow properties that is more in depth than the help provides:
AnimationDelay
AutoHideAnimationDuration
AutoHideAnimationInterval AutoHideInactiveCollapseDelay
AutoHideMouseHoverDelay First of all, what units are the times in? AnimationDelay seems to be different from the others but the help does not indicate. Can I assume milliseconds or seconds? What are the upper and lower limits?
What does a value of -1 imply? Again the help does not mention anything but that is the default value for AutoHideMouseHoverDelay.
What is the difference between AnimationDelay and AutoHideAnimationDuration? The help says one is "how fast the docking panes will "slide"" and other is "the amount of time it takes to display/hide", which is the same thing. Which one controls the animation speed?

Thing that first was only AnimationDelay but then it become obsolete and added AutoHideAnimationDuration and AutoHideAnimationInterval.
if AnimationDelay = -1 it will not used.
if > 0 AutoHideAnimationDuration and AutoHideAnimationInterval will not used.

How about the units, is time specified in miliseconds?
What about AutoHideMouseHoverDelay, it's value reads as -1. What value is it actually using?

Yes, miliseconds.
if AutoHideMouseHoverDelay is -1 used OS defined hover delay.
