Hi;
Using 12.0 toolkit I created a CXTPPropertyGridItemNumber item and I'm able to insert alpha characters too?
Is this a bug or a feature.
In any case, how can I restrict the input to numbers (including '-') only?

BTW: The same is true for CXTPPropertyGridItemDouble

Hi,

try call pItem->SetEditStyle(ES_NUMBER) for this item.

Hi Oleg;

I did this allready, but in this case I can't input negative numbers ('-' is not allowed) and in case of CXTPPropertyGridItemDouble I'm also unable to input the decimal separator.
I think the item types should be extended to handle this - keeping localization in mind - and additional it should be possible to set min and max values for the allowed range.

Hello;

Sad, but in Release 16.4 it's still not solved!
