Its OK we have now derived a class from CXTPControlStatic and added OnLButtonUp and owner draw handlers.
To get the below effect as in Word 2007:
 Notice the Undo 9 Actions has a background colour of RGB( 245, 245, 245 ) and also a divider just above. Also text is black. This is how Word 2007 draws this gallery control
