Just replace some  bitmaps. :) see [Window.CloseButton] section.

Now I am able to change color of My Menu
But can I change color of Statusbar and appearance of
buttons at the same time

you can override FillCommandBarEntry method of CXTPNativeXPTheme and draw background as you need.
 
 
See Samples\UserInterface\GUI_MsMoney  sample.

Hi,
No, WinXP Theme always use same colors for toolbar and menu.
 
Try download eval version of 12.0 release - it has SkinBuilder tool.

I want to create skin as shown in the attached image
it is having different color for menubar and different color
for toolbar
Can anybody help me?
Which changs i need to make in my .ini file?
