Hi,

It has been a long time since I think of it and since I look for a means to create a component allowing to edit HTML in "WYSIWYG".

This type of component does not really exist in ActiveX and what exists is generally of poor quality.

Only solution for the moment : to use a component like "PinEdit" ( www.pintexx.com ) which is in fact a Javascript editor.

A "perfect" solution exists in VCL but not in ActiveX ("ProfDHTMLEdit" -http://www.profgrid.com/dhtmledit.html ). But i think it's not possible to integrate it into a VB6 project.

I do not know if it is possible but I know that the demand is more and more strong on this kind of thing...

Regards,

Hello,

Sorry to "re open" this thread but i really need your help.
The HTML editor i used is broken for technical reason, so i need to replace it by a new editor more flexible.

There's no answer to this post,  but it's a very old post, if someone know a way to edit HTML (wysiwyg) in VB6 please help me !

I've tried a lot of editors but i need one with visual (by mouse) resize capabilities on table cells.

This one is great : http://www.profgrid.com/dhtmledit.html but only in VCL for C++. Is it possible to "include" this kind of component into a VB6 project (i'm sure it's impossible "basically" but ...?).

Thanks for answers....

So, can you move this post to the "General discussion" in order to get help from other users ?

Thank you.
