Avoid Docking/Moving

Message Topic Search Topic Options Post Reply Create New Topic Printable Version Translate Topic

I have a few questions on the Docking Control.
1) I need to insert a Pane (behave like it is pinned) by just clicking on the panes when it is hidden.
The user does not want to click on it and then pinn seperately. 
2) Also is there a way to avoid docking or moving of panes when specified
