Annoying behaviour in ResourceEditor

    I tried the ResourceEditor for the first time while I installed v13.1.

 I have a very annoying behaviour that makes the tool unusable : I have the mouse cursor auto positionning on Ok button activated (in mouse control panel) and every time I select a dialog or one of its control, the mouse get centered on the Ok button and makes its use.. hum unusable.
