Hello
 
A stupid question: How can I programmatically switch a given event to edit mode (like F2)?

Hm, there are no a corresponding stupid method :) -- will have to add it for that reason.

But as a workaround you can select this event and SendMessage(WM_KEYDOWN, VK_F2) to the Calendar control.
