We are using SkinFramework ActiveX Control with our vb6 application. This works great with users who has single monitor. But user who has dual monitor, application behaves totally wired, none of the labels are visible, app crashes in lots of places. If user turns off the dual monitor setting, everything works fine. By the way, user is accessing the application via Citrix and application as publish application(seamless ). Actually, problem is with the combination of Citrix publish application and dual monitor. If one of them does not exists, then app works, i.e, lets say, user has dual monitor and user uses application directly from local machine, or using citrix with any resolution(Not seamless or publish application, meaning citrix parent window exists), application works fine. If user has dual monitor and uses citrix seamless mode, then application has all the problems. Now, if user uses dual monitor and citrix seamless mode with less color (256 or less color), then skin not applied(it's all 3D buttons like classic windows theme) but application works fine(all the labels are visible, and also app does not crash). Now, if user uses single monitor, citrix seamless mode with true color, everything works. It's really something with dual monitor, color setting and citrix seamless mode, but we can't figure out what we are missing. My guess is, when user uses dual monitor and seamless citrix connection, for some reason, citrix connection is not getting true color setting (even though connection setting has true color) and that's why application is not skined properly or giving wiered issues. I don't know how fix this.
Can anybody please help about this?
Thank you in advance.

We are having exactly the same issue with one of our customers on Citrix. Has there been any fix for this problem?

We fixed this by installing Citrix hot fixes for Dual Monitors. Please check citrix website for hot fixes. |

Do you know the specific Hotfixes that were applied to address just the dual monitor issue? We have a customer that upgraded to the latest and had a bunch of other rebooting issues on their citrix server, we are trying to find them just the specific HF for dual monitors.
Thanks....
