I didn't really expect this to work, but tried it and it does work perfectly.
I had a CommandBar toolbar on a form, and a TabControl. It all worked OK, but the toolbar was only required for one of the tabpages, so I was hiding and showing the toolbar depending on which Tabpage was selected. So I tried placing the CommandBar on the Tabpage instead. This works OK. Now the toolbar only appears when that tabpage is selected. And the toolbar is docked to the Tabpage, but can still be floated anywhere on the form if required. End of useful tip (that you all probably already knew :-) |
