   How can I create a Caption on an SDI application that does not have a splitter window? The application uses ListViews in a TabControl.

The following is from the sample, I've tried various values for 'm_wndSplitter' without success - this, GetParent, etc.

  if (!m_wndCaption.Create(&m_wndSplitter, _T("Caption Text"), CPWS_EX_RAISED_EDGE,
        WS_VISIBLE|SS_CENTER|SS_CENTERIMAGE, CRect(0,0,0,0), m_wndSplitter.IdFromRowCol(0, 0)))
    {
        TRACE0("Failed to caption window.\n");
        return -1;
    }
