I'm experiencing a very annoying bug. Every time I click on a commnadbar button I get a gpf and the whole app dies.

This happens both in the VB6 ide and in the compiled exe. I ran it through Numega's Smartcheck and it looks like  the gpf happens immediately after the Commandbar raises the Execute event and before the VB6 event handler code is executed.

Having code or not in the VB6 event handler doesn't change the behavior. I have several forms with commandbars in them, and I get this behavior no matter in which commandbar I click.

Anybody knows what's going on?

I'm using VB6 SP3 and vs 10.4 of the commandbars control.

Hi Oleg,

But wouldn't that overwrite my licensed version of 10.4?

Hi,

no, it will not, but can modify your vb6 project, so please backup it first.
If you have active maintance you can upgrade for free.
