I have two BMPs that contain same icons with different size.

One of them is contains icons of 16x16 and the other contains same icons but with 32x32 size each.

The Ribbon take the icons with size of 32x32.

How can I control the icon size?

In some occasions I would like to use icons of size 16x16.
