    The column caption doesn't seem to allow Markup. I've tried the same markup in a record item and it works, just not in a column caption. The original problem stems from the fact that centre aligning the column with word break doesn't seem to work, it left aligns: 
ie. objColumn.HeaderAlignment = xtpAlignmentVCenter Or xtpAlignmentCenter Or xtpAlignmentWordBreak Or xtpAlignmentIconCenter Or xtpAlignmentIconVCenter
