Color dropdown on CXTToolBar

   I have added a color dropdown on my toolbar using:

m_wndToolBar.AddDropDownButton(ID_PICK_TEXT_COLOR, m_colorFont, m_colorFont, CPS_XT_EXTENDED | CPS_XT_MORECOLORS | CPS_XT_SHOWHEXVALUE, TRUE, TRUE) ;
1) How do I get notified of the color change from the popup or color dialog?
2) If not using the Office-XP look (xtAfxData.bXPMode is false), the color does not show up on the toolbar button.  Is this a bug in XT?
