Changing column ordering

   How do you change the column ordering? I have a set of columns that are created. An XML file is read in with a custom ordering of the columns. How do you programmatically change their order? I have tried ChangeColumnOrder but it does not behave the way I want it to.

eg. Column A has index 0 but is to be moved to position 5. The I4th F clause in the ChangeColumnOrder() that looks like IF(nNewOrder > nItemIndex) will cause the item to be assigned to nNewOrder-1
