Category colors?

   Hi,

I want to allow users to define their own colors and gradients for categories. To do so I need to populate the default colors in a combobox, or something like that. 

The problem is that the colors (ColorDark and ColorLight) generated by InitDefaultValues always return -1. How can I query the colors used by CJ EditEvent dialog? 

BTW, is there an easy way to turn a color lighter, by adding or subtracting something?
