Why is the event body (description) appear to only allow up to 255 characters? If you add an event, it does at first display all of your characters, but after you store to your data provider, it gets cut off to only a max of 255 characters. This is the case for xml and access (have not tested any others). I don't see why xml or access (which has a memo field for description) can't store more characters than that. Has anyone else seen this problem and how do I correct it?

Hi,
Actually this limitation is not reasonable, so for the next version 11.2.1 it will be updated to 65535 characters... -- WBR, Serge |

Hi Serge,

Code Jock gave me an intermediate update so I could make my deadline, I would think they could do the same for you.

Since we just got these controls less than a month ago we got 11.2.0
and I am just discovering this limitation... How would I get an update without paying for the next version? Possible? :) (sorry if this is off-topic) |

11.2.1 is now available for download. I discovered this by accident by going to customer downloads and testing the file name of the download to see if it was updated... it is... come on guys why don't you email us when updates are released.
