Assertion failed

   Hello,
    I'm using Xtreme Toolkit Pro v9.10. When I close the application, a debug assertion fails:
"Unhandled exception in MyApp.exe (MFCO42D.DLL): 0xC0000005: Access Violation."
    The problem is located in method CXTPPaintManager::Done() in the call:
    "s_pInstance->InternalRelease()".
   The assert is located in the method CCmdTarget::InternalRelease():
    "ASSERT(GetInterfaceMap() != NULL)".

    How can I work around this problem?

	I'm also getting a crash during CXTPPaintManager::Done. I suspect that the problem is related to resource context and use of the paint manager in several dll's, but haven't been able to pinpoint the cause...
