Animation Times of Pinnable Floating Frames

   Hello,

DockingPanes allow us to set delay before and after the autohide
animation, as well as duration of the expanding/collapsing animation
itself.

However, the delay times set this way do not affect how the floating, autohidden panes behave - they just ignore these delays. Also, only the collapsing action is animated, the expansion is not!

Can this be fixed so that animation settings are consistent for both docked and floating autohidden panes?
