Accelerator Keys?

   Can someone tell me how to get the accelerator keys working?  I have EnableEditAccelerators set to TRUE and IsEnabledEditAccelerators() is returning TRUE but nothing is working.  In debugging the PreTranslateMessage call in the xtpsyntaxedit code is not being triggered.  I would appreciate any help.
