A problem to use ribbon commandbar in a dialog app

 

1. I tried to put ribbon conmmandbar to the left of my dialog app., and I wanted to achieve the similar view as the left part of the interface linked, but I didn't know how to do, because there is no sample in xthemetoolkit to discribe how to put a ribbon commandbar on the left of a dialog app.

 

2. There are very few samples about dialog app,could you pls tell me how can i make a similar interface as the above link by using xthemetookit and the skinframework?
