10.3.1 Details on issue in release notes

   I was looking through the 10.3.1 release notes to see if there were changes that warrented an upgrade patch release of our software but didn't see anything that jumped out other than perhaps this one:

"Fixed problem regarding dual monitors" 

Could I get some details on what the symptoms were that this issue fixes?
